Nilrigi Hills are famous for its beautiful sceneries, tea plantations, fields and estates, it makes a glorious biking expedition.  While of this tour guest will covering the most famous hill station Ooty and Coonoor along with forests of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The road winds through the beauty of Nilrigi hills and wildlife sanctuaries of Bandipur in Karnataka and Mudumalai in Tamil Nadu. Arrive at Bangalore International Airport. Please clear immigration and visa formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the arrival lounge through the green channel. MAGADH TRAVELS executive will wait at the arrival hall with a placard in your name to greet you. Thereafter you will be assisted with a transfer and check in at the hotel. Morning after breakfast, we load our bikes on coach and drive for approx. 10 kms. to avoid the busy roads of Coimbatore. We unload our bikes and go cycling at the outskirts of Coimbatore. Today we will drive towards north to Mettupalayam; Agriculture is the occupation of most of the people. It is surrounded by lot of villages, fertile enough for agriculture. Mettupalayam is the starting point for two of the Ghats roads into the Nilgiri Hills. Subsequently it has established itself for the trade of fresh fruits & vegetables coming down from the hills and also for produce that grows on the plains and is destined for the hills. Noon arrive and check-into hotel. Afternoon we will do short sightseeing of Mettupalayam; visit the Black Thunder a water theme park located near to our hotel, that attracts many tourists. It has attractive rides such as The Lazy River, Wave Pool, Thrillarium, Surf Hill, Cannon Ball, Aqua Bowl and Side Winder. Stay overnight at hotel in Mettupalayam. (Total cycling of approx. 25-30 kms) (1070 ft)

Today morning after breakfast we will start cycling from our hotel to Coonoor. It is a famous hill station and is known for its great picnic spots and picturesque surroundings. Coonoor provides the traveler with the panoramic view of the lush green Nilgiri hills, with its ravines, valleys, and waterfalls. The trip provides some breathtaking views of the Nilgiri hills in all its natural glory. One side you have Toy train and other side the river Kallar. After 20 kms cycling we will stop on the way have picnic lunch (packed lunch from hotel – on own). After lunch continue cycling to Coonoor. We will again stop at Laws Falls; The Place is a beautiful picnic spot, situated at the distance of 7 km from Coonoor. The height of the falls is about 180 feet. There are vast stretches of undisturbed sholas and it is a paradise for Naturalists. Afternoon arrive and check-into hotel. Later we will make a short sightseeing of Coonoor town. Visit the Sim's Park; The Park is situated in a deep ravine on the Northern side of Coonoor Railway Station at an elevation of 1768 to 1798 m. and also visit tea gardens and on a way back to hotel via Golf links owned by Wellington Defense College. If time permit we can go to The Dolphin's Nose Viewpoint Which is 10 km from Coonoor, is an important place to visit. It not only provides a panoramic view of the vast expanse of the Nilgiri hills but also of the famous Catherine Falls. Lady Canning's seat is another notable viewpoint on the way. Morning after early breakfast transfer to Coonoor Toy Train station to enjoy the joy ride for approx. 45 minutes, get down at Ketti station and gear up our bikes and start cycling towards Ooty via Doddabeta Peak. We will drive from the different road today so that we will not find bus and cars on the road. The Doddabetta Peak is said to be one of the highest peak in (8650 ft) in the Nilgiri Hills. You can simply click amazing pictures of the valley below grab your camera and head straight to the peak, and. On a clear day, which is honestly not that often, one can see far off areas, even the plains of Coimbatore and the flat highlands of Mysore. After visit continue cycling 10 kms to reach Ooty, the area surrounding is mostly forested. Sholas cover the hollows of its slopes. Slightly stunted, rhododendron trees, in the midst of thick coarse grass, flowering sub-alpine shrubs and herbs are common. Arrive and check-into hotel and rest of the day at leisure for your relax. Ooty "Queen of Hill Stations". This area was inhibited by the tribals called TODA long before anybody could venture into this region. Curiously enough, this slice of paradise remained unknown even during the periods of the great Southern Dynasties. It was the Britons who ventured into the riches of the regions during early 1800's. Development and modernization took after their arrival to Udhagamandalam. This was the Summer Capital of the Madras Presidency during the British Rule. Stay overnight at hotel in Ooty. Morning after breakfast cycling tour of Ooty, we will firstly visit the Botanical Garden; Well-maintained lush green lawns, exotic and rare species of flora are special features of the park. The gardens were established by European residents William Graham McIvor. Therefore we will visit the Government Museum; set up in 1989, Theexhibits of Tribal Reminiscence, District Ecological details and sculptural arts and crafts displays of Tamil Nadu are special attraction in this museum. After that we will return to hotel to have lunch at hotel. Afternoon we will cycling to visit the TODA village; the uniqueness of the half - barrel shaped houses given speculations regarding their origin ranged from Rome to Sumeria. The Toda village is called a mund, means a herd or cattle - pen. It is usually a collection of three or five half barrel shaped huts each 18 feet by 9 feet by 10 feet high with a small doorway measuring only 32 inches by 18 inches. Stay overnight at hotel in Ooty. Today morning after breakfast we will start cycling from hotel to Masinagudi. The road fully covered by wild life, we may have chance to see few wildlife animals. We will make few stops en route to enjoy the nature. After 3 hrs cycling we will have picnic lunch on the way (packed lunch from hotel – On Own). After lunch we will continue cycling to Masingudi; loaded with an enticing natural appeal. It is especially a sought-after destination for nature lovers and wild life enthusiasts. Masinagudi is a prime bird watching are in Nilgiris. The area of the Nilgiris is home to over 320 species of birds, both migratory as well as resident. Regional endemics include Malabar trogon and Malabar grey hornbill. Predatory birds include the crested hawk-eagle and the crested serpent eagle. It also holds an isolated southern population of the Striped Tit-babbler. Late afternoon arrive and check-into lodge. Rest of the day at leisure for relax. Stay overnight at hotel in Masinagudi. It was established way back in 1927. Presently 24 Elephants are maintained in the Theppakadu Elephant Camp. One can learn about the feeding habits of the elephants, especially camp elephants and their routine. After visit return back to hotel for breakfast. After that check-out from resort and start cycling towards Bandipur National Park. We will take the route passing through the jungles of Madumalai and Bandipur National Park. The private hunting grounds of the Maharaja of Mysore himself - its a little like everyday life, only drastically different. The Sanctuary is home to the spotted deer, the sambar deer, pythons, sloth bears, porcupines, monkeys and over 230 species of birds. Thats a lot of spotting to do - just might help you see the good things in life again. Afternoon arrive and check-into resort. Rest of the day at leisure to enjoy the nature beauty nearby resort. Stay overnight at hotel in Bandipur. (Total cycling of approx. 20-25 kms downhill) (2230 – 4000 ft)

The one-time capital of the Mysore Maharajas, it is the second biggest city of Karnataka state, which still preserves its age old glory in its majestic palaces, forts and gardens. On arrival check-in at hotel. Afternoon we will visit the Mysore by doing cycling, firstly we will drive about 5 kms from our hotel to visit the Palace of the Maharaja (Emperor) built in 1911–1912 is the harmonious synthesis of the Hindu and Saracenic styles of architecture with archways, domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures which are magnificent. Under the Wodeyar's patronization, the city developed as the centre of art and craft. It is known world over for its exotic sandalwood oils, rosewood carved products and Mysore silk saris. Today morning after early breakfast cycling to Chamundi Hills is 1065 meters above the sea level. It is just 3 kms from Mysore. The Chamundeshwari temple on top of the hill belongs to 11th century. It was renovated in 1827. Half way up the hill, you will find and idol of bull, called Nandi. The specialty of the 5-meter tall statue is that it was sculptured out of a single rock in 1659. You need to climb 1000 steps to reach the Chamundeshwari temple. After visit we will board our cycle on the bus and drive to Bangalore. En-route visit Srirangapatna. The island fortress of the legendary warrior king Tipu Sultan, Srirangapatna. Inside the fortress is Tipu's mosque with its twin minarets, the celebrated Ranganatha Swamy Temple, Tipu's Summer Palace, the Wellesley Bridge, and the dungeons where British officers were once imprisoned. Equally impressive is the ornate white-domed Gumbaz, an imposing structure with doors of ebony inlaid with ivory and lacquered with Tipu's tiger-striped emblem. About 1km to the east of the fort is Tipu's Summer Palace (known as the Daria Daulat Bagh) set amidst a lovely garden. After visit continue travel to Bangalore. Late afternoon arrive and check-into hotel. Stay overnight at hotel in Bangalore.
